Part of the internal process for property disposition will be determining the value of available properties, and if valued at $15,000 or more the properties will be transferred to the Fairmont Building Commission to complete the sale.
If there are equally competitive or community-beneficial offers at the same time on the same property, the City Manager and staff may work with the potential purchasers to come to a resolution or the highest and best offer.
The City of Fairmont maintains the right to decline any purchase offers or remove any properties from the list of available properties at any time.
