Pay City Service Bill

Attention!

Beginning March 4th, 2024, all Fairmont City Service Bills, including all Fairmont City Water and Utility Bills, will be changing to a new payment processing service.

This new service, called Sprypoint, will require all users who pay for their bill online to re-register for this new service. This will only affect customers who pay online.

Pay Online With Credit / Debit Card

The City of Fairmont has partnered with SpryPoint to bring a seamless online payment experience to our customers. For your convenience you may now pay your city utility bill online by using your credit / debit card or electronic check.

If you previously used PSN to pay your bills online, this new service will require you to re-register with your new account number. On the sign-up page is a link to help you locate your new account number.

Pay via Telephone with Credit / Debit Card

If you would like to make a payment by telephone through a credit / debit card or electronic check, please call 1-877-885-7968.

Please Provide: Customer account number, which is located on your utility service bill.

Pay By Mail

If you would like to make a payment via mailer delivery, please mail your payment to the address noted below. Please be aware that the City of Fairmont, Water Board, is not responsible for delayed mail deliveries. Payments will be processed on the day it is received.

 Pay By ACH (Automatic Payment)

The city offers you a convenient way to pay your city bill each month. Simply complete our signup form, and we'll automatically deduct your water payment from your checking or savings account. You will no longer have to remember to pay your bill, and it will always be paid on time. Please complete the following form and attach a voided check and mail to:

Pay By Drop Box Location

If you need to make a payment after hours, you may deposit your payment in our drop box located in the front of the building at the address noted below. Please do not drop off your payment during our normal operating hours from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.; payments dropped off during our normal operating hours will not be processed until the following day. *Please note, the dropbox at City Hall should not be used for utility payments.
