City Attorney

The City Attorney performs many vital services:

  • Prepares and reviews all City contracts and agreements.
  • Provides all legal opinions for the City of Fairmont.
  • Researches and prepares City ordinances.
  • Serves as legal counsel.

Freedom of Information Act (FOIA)


The City Attorney also handles all Freedom of Information Act requests for the City.
